Japan’s Hot Express has released their half yearly radio airplay chart for 2008, and Utada’s “HEART STATION” comes in at a strong #3, behind Leona Lewis’ “Bleeding Love” and Aoyama Thelma’s “Soba ni irune.” The high chart position seems appropriate given “HEART STATION”s place as Utada’s highest number of monthly airplay rotations.
